Terms of service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of the TripSnapAI service (the "Service") provided by Woo Jang (the "Operator"), and set out the rights and obligations of the Operator and users.

2. What the Service does

The Service analyzes travel content you submit (links to YouTube, blogs, etc., or text you paste) using AI, extracts the places mentioned, and turns them into a travel itinerary you can view on a map, edit, and export.

Place information (names, locations, ratings, opening hours) is based on Google Maps and Places data and may differ from reality. Only places verified on Google Places are included in itineraries; unverified places are flagged rather than deleted.

The Service does not provide bookings, payment processing for travel, or turn-by-turn navigation. The order and lines shown on maps are for reference and are not route guidance.

3. Accounts and guest use

You can try the Service without signing in. Trips created as a guest (anonymous session) are kept for 24 hours only; if you sign up within that time, your work is transferred to your account. After 24 hours it is deleted and cannot be recovered.

Sign-up uses Google account login. You are responsible for managing your own account.

The Service is not available to children under 14.

4. Credits

Some features consume credits: analyzing a source (1 credit), AI auto-arrange (1 credit), and export unlock (5 credits, once per trip — after unlocking, re-exporting is free and unlimited). Editing, route optimization, share links, and Day 1 exports are free.

You receive 10 credits once upon sign-up, and your first source analysis as a guest is free.

If an analysis fails, no credits are deducted. Deduction is only finalized when the job succeeds.

Credits are sold at the prices shown in the app (Starter 30 credits ₩6,900/$4.99 · Traveler 80 credits ₩13,900/$9.99 · Explorer 180 credits ₩27,900/$19.99 — changes will be announced in the app). Payments are processed by Stripe.

Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred. Refunds follow the separate Refund Policy.

5. Content you submit

You must have the right to submit the links and text you provide, and must not submit content that infringes the rights of others.

The Service uses submitted content only to generate your itinerary. Pasted text is never exposed in shared pages, PDFs, or other outputs.

Extracted places keep their sources (original link and quote) visible. This credits the original creators; the Service does not copy or redistribute the original content itself.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Access other users’ accounts or work without authorization
• Place abnormal load on the Service through automated means
• Bulk-collect analysis results for resale
• Submit content that violates applicable law

7. Changes to the Service

The Operator may improve or change the Service, with prior notice for material changes. Free features may be adjusted for operational reasons.

During beta, features may change without notice. We work to preserve your data but do not guarantee completeness.

8. Limitation of liability

AI analysis results and place information are reference material; final travel decisions and their outcomes are your responsibility. Opening hours, closures, and prices may differ locally — please verify before visiting.

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of free features.

9. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the competent courts under Korean civil procedure law.
